It is definitely one of the best red velvet cakes that I have ever tried in my life. My grandma and I were scared we had over beaten the wet and dry ingredients but after baking it it was still incredibly moist. Probably the moistest cake I’ve ever tried.
Our icing was the cream cheese icing that you can also find on divascancook.com ! It’s very light and delicious! Be sure that if you are making your own powdered sugar to powder it it enough, because we didn’t and it ended up not becoming as thick as it should have been. The texture of the sugar grains were also still there in the icing, which gave it some texture. It didn’t affect flavor though, it still tasted great 🙂
I highly suggest trying to bake this amazing cake because it will be an amazing investment of your time and money because it is just that good.
My final product wasn’t the prettiest, but it tasted amazing 🙂
